Upon completion of order we will prepare your package for shipping. Your package ships from Arizona, USA using your preferred method of shipping. Orders shipped through USPS domestic mail adhere to the following shipping schedule.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders ship using USPS first class postal service and will typically arrive within 1-3 weeks after purchase. International shipping costs vary depending on your location and country code, and are calculated at checkout. Please verify shipping address before completion of order. We ship packages to the address provided and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed merchandise.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to tax and duty fees upon receipt. Such fees are determined by the customs agency within the recipients country. The buyer assumes all responsibility for customs and duty fees. For specific information regarding taxes and duties, please contact your local customs authority.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly remedy the situation by way of an exchange or merchandise credit for items returned within 14 calendar days. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in good saleable condition. Sales or discounted merchandise is considered a final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges or credits on sale items, made upon order items, custom orders or items that have been modified or altered per the customers request.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you ship your return using UPS, FedEx or USPS mail. We advise that you insure your return for full retail value to ensure that you are fully covered for postal losses, should they occur.
Please include your name, address, email, phone number, and order number in your return parcel. In select cases, a 10% restocking fee may be applicable, and is determined upon receipt of return. If restocking fee is applicable, it will automatically be deducted from your credit amount.
