When will my jewelry ship?

Many of our designs are ready made and ship the following day after order. Select items are made to order, and will always include exact completion & shipping perimeters within the specific listing. If you are in need of a rush order, please feel free to contact our customer service department using the Contact Us form below. We will do our best to make special purchases and shipping arrangements happen. We appreciate your business and understand how important the gift giving process can be.

How will my jewelry arrive?

All purchases are shipped through USPS, First Class shipping. Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping address before completing your order. If you prefer to use a different shipping method, contact our Customer Service Department and we will work out the exact details. Registered customers who have created an account with us, or who are using the Shop app. are now able to sign in and track the exact progress of your order. Please be aware that once a package has left our shipping department, we have no further control over the parcel. The customer assumes all liability once merchandise has been shipped. Any lost, delayed or damaged merchandise should be addressed with your local post office and/or local Post Master. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
