When will my items ship?
Domestic parcels:
Upon completion of order, your package ships within 1-2 business days. Your package ships from Arizona, USA via USPS first class mail. Domestic items generally arrive within 3-5 business days.
International parcels:
International orders ship using USPS first class postal service and will typically arrive within 1-3 weeks after purchase. International shipping costs vary depending on your location and country code, and are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs generally range $15.00 - $22.00 for international shipping. Please verify that you have provided the correct shipping address before completion of order. We ship packages to the address provided and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed merchandise.
Pre-order:
Select items are marked as pre-order. These items are sold in advance to secure your merchandise as we process your order. Pre-order listings share specific details, including expected time lines and any anticipated shipping parameters.
How will my jewelry arrive?
All purchases both domestic & international are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Please verify that you have provided the correct shipping address before completion of order. If you prefer to use a different shipping method, please contact us. Registered customers who have created an account on our website, or who are using the Shop App are able to sign in and track the exact status of the order. Please be aware that once a package has shipped, we are no longer in control. The customer assumes all liability once merchandise has shipped. Lost, delayed or damaged merchandise should be addressed directly with your local post office or Post Master. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Duties and tax:
International orders may be subject to tax and duty fees upon receipt. Such fees are determined by the customs agency within the recipients country.
