When will my items ship?

Many of our designs are ready made and ship the following day after order. Your items will ship using USPS first class shipping with a flat $5.00 (Domestic) automatically applied to your orders final cost. Domestic items generally arrives within 3-5 business days.

International parcels ship using USPS first class postal service and will generally arrive within 2-4 weeks after purchase, if not sooner. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your International location. Shipping costs generally run $15.00 - $22.00 for International parcels. Exact figures will be determined at checkout using your current postal and country codes, and will be applied to your orders final cost at checkout.

How will my jewelry arrive?

All purchases are shipped through USPS First Class shipping. Please verify that you have provided the correct shipping address before completing your order. If you prefer to use a different shipping method, please contact us and we will work out the details. Registered customers who have created an account on our website, or who are using the Shop app are able to sign in and track the exact status and progress of your order. Please be aware that once a package has shipped, we have no further control over the parcel. The customer assumes all liability once merchandise has shipped. Any lost, delayed or damaged merchandise should be addressed with your local post office and/or local Post Master. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. 

International shipping 

All International packages are shipped through USPS, first class shipping. Please verify that you have provided the correct shipping address before completing your order. We ship packages to the address provided and are not responsible for loss or damaged merchandise or shipping delays. Once a package leaves our shipping department we are unable to make changes or modifications to the parcel.

International orders may be subject to tax and duty fees. Such fees are determined by the customs agency within the receipents country. Buyer assumes all responsibility for customs and duty fees, which are collected at time of delivery. For specific information regarding tax and duty fees, please confer with your local customs authority. 

Covid 19 and shipping delays 

ⓘ Please be aware that international shipping delays may be present due to Covid 19. Be aware that National Holidays and long Holiday weekends can slow the natural flow of the United States Postal Service processing and delivery services.
