I just placed an order. Will I recieve a confirmation email with my tracking number?
Once you complete your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email including your order and tracking number. On the day that your order is scheduled for delivery, you will receive an "out for delivery" email informing you that your parcel is set to arrive. These emails are intended to keep you up to date on delivery status.
What is a pre-order listing?
We are pleased to offer our online customers the opportunity to purchase our most beloved items through pre-order on JenniferFavour.com. Items offered for pre-order are clearly marked and list an estimated shipping date for your reference. Please keep in mind, shipping dates are not guaranteed and the actual shipping date may vary. When purchasing a pre-order product, your item(s) are reserved and ship as soon as they become available. You will be charged in full at the time of purchase for your pre-order.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
To redeem your discount code, simply add your code in the discount code box at checkout. Your code will automatically deduct the discount from your total upon completion of checkout.
Your gift will ship to the address that you provided at checkout. Your gift package will not include price tags or packaging that indicates cost. The parcel will arrive meticulously assembled and set to gift.
