Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly remedy the situation by way of a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit for items returned within 10 days. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in good saleable condition. Sales or discounted merchandise is a final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges or credits on purchased sales items, made to order items or items that have been modified or altered per customers request.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you ship your return merchandise using UPS, FedEx or USPS mail. We advise that you insure your item for the full retail value to ensure that you are fully covered for postal losses, should they occur. Please include your name, address, email and phone number in the package. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment given at the time of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
