Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly remedy the situation by way of an exchange or merchandise credit for items returned within 10 calendar days. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in good saleable condition. Sales or discounted merchandise is considered a final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges or credits on sale items, made upon order items, custom orders or items that have been modified or altered per the customers request. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you ship your return using UPS, FedEx or USPS mail. We advise that you insure your return for full retail value to ensure that you are fully covered for postal losses, should they occur.

Please include your name, address, email, phone number, and order number in your return parcel. In select cases, a 10% restocking fee may be applicable, and is determined upon receipt of return. If restocking fee is applicable, it will automatically be deducted from your credit amount.
