If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly remedy the situation by way of a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit for items returned within 10 days. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in good saleable condition. There are no returns on custom work. Custom work is considered "all sales final". Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you ship your return merchandise using UPS, FedEx or USPS mail. We advise insuring your item for the full retail value to ensure that you are fully covered for postal losses, should they occur. Include your name, address, email and phone number in the package. After your return is received, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment given at the time of purchase.
