Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly remedy the situation by way of an exchange or merchandise credit for items returned within 14 calendar days. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in good saleable condition. Sales or discounted merchandise is considered a final sale and not eligible for return. We do not offer returns, exchanges or credits on sale items, made upon order items, custom orders or items that have been modified or altered per the customers request. 

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges. Once the return has been received, we will inspect the item to verify its condition as stated above. If the return item does not meet this criteria, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyers cost. Please verify that your return meets the return policy criteria as stated. Shipping costs are non refundable. Price adjustments will not be made on prior purchased items or returned items. Value returned is based on value at time of purchase. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you ship your return using UPS, FedEx or USPS mail. We advise that you insure your return for full retail value to ensure that you are fully covered for postal losses, should they occur.

Please include your name, address, email, phone number, and order number in your return parcel. In select cases, a 10% restocking fee may be applied and is determined upon receipt of merchandise. If restocking fee is applicable, it will automatically be deducted from your credit amount. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing. Once return has been processed, you will receive an email notification with return summary.
