Payment methods: 

We accept most major credit cards, Apple pay, Google pay and Paypal/Paypal express check out. We are partnered with Afterpay, allowing most items the option to be paid out in four easy, interest free installments. 

Shipping:

All domestic items are shipped through The United States Postal Service. At checkout, you have the option to select the method of USPS that you prefer to use. Please verify that your shipping address is current and correct. Registered customers are able to sign in and track the progress of your orders. 

Returns: 

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly remedy the situation by way of exchange or merchandise credit for items returned within 14 days. All return must be unaltered and unworn and in good saleable condition. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment given at the time of purchase. Any discounted, sales items or custom modifications are considered "all sales final" and are not available for return, credit or exchange. 

Warranty: 

 All Jennifer Favour designs come with a one year warranty. Our warranty covers general construction.  Warranty does not cover cracked or chipped stones due to wear and tear. Please contact us with questions.
